University of Cape Coast’s win over West African football champion, University for Development Studies have piled pressure on host University of Ghana to beat University of Mines and Technology in their final game.
The Men’s Football league of this year’s Ghana University Sports Association Games is at its peak with gold and silver at stake.
Whilst it can be said that University of Education, Winneba, will take home bronze, UG and UCC are in battling for who wins gold or silver.
UCC’s 1-0 win over UDS in Saturday, gives them 24points.
UG have the chance of finishing the tournament with 24points too when they face University of Mines and Technology at 3pm on Saturday.
The host school will have to win the game to bag gold.
