Ghana’s 4x100m team has qualified for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics after placing second in their heat at the Silesia 2021 World Athletics Relays.
Ghana’s team, made up of Benjamin Azamati, Sean Safo, Oduro Manu, and Joseph Amoah, finished at a time of 38.79 same time as first placed Netherlands, who win by 8000th of a second.
The 2020 Tokyo Olympics is scheduled to take place in July this year.
