The 2019 National Science and Maths Quiz has entered into its Quarterfinal final stage and its contests begin today Thursday July, 4.
All schools that have made it to this point have an automatic qualification to next year’s competition.
The opening contest at this quarterfinal stage features Eastern Region’s Pope John Senior High School, Accra-based Presbyterian Boys, Legon and Western Region’s St. John’s School.
With the exception of Presbyterian Boys, Legon, the two other school’s climbed to the quarterfinal from the preliminary stage of the contest.
Other contests coming up today are;
St. Ignatius of Loyola SHS vs. University Practice SHS vs Opoku Ware School
Kumasi Academy vs. Ghana SHS, Tamale vs. Adisadel College
All contests will be held at the R.S Amegashie auditorium of the University of Ghana, Legon
The quarterfinal final stage will end on Saturday, July 6 with the semis scheduled to start on Monday, July 8.
The final of the competition is slated from Thursday, July 11, 2019.
