The Student Representative Council of the University of Ghana has established an emergency response team to assist students, particularly freshmen in carrying out their registration.
The Rescue team, as it is called, is expected to work at mitigating the impact of the challenges that freshmen face in terms of registration.
From the online academic registration to the manual academic registration, most freshmen often seem to be confused with regards to registration such that a number of them end up going about it the wrong way.
Speaking on Campus Exclusive this morning, Vice President of the University of Ghana SRC Mr. Adom Anorkwah Solomon said, rescue personnel’s from the SRC and officials from the university of Ghana computer system will be available for assistance.
According to Mr. Anorkwah, four stations have been set up to address the concerns of students regarding the registration.
“We are looking at Limann car park to serve Limann and Kwapong hall that is one, and Sey car park to serve Sey and Nelson and we are looking at the Great Hall”
For continuing students, Mr. Anorkwah indicated that “if the interface has been unfriendly to you from level 100 till date then please come on board”.
Mr. Anorkwah was however quick to add that the registration times differed from station to station.
