Persons who wish to apply to study at the University of Ghana this academic year have until the end of today, Wednesday, to submit their application.
University management had originally set Sunday June, 30 as the deadline but extended it to Wednesday, July 24, 2019 for reasons yet to be made public.
It is estimated that over 40,000 applications will be received by the University.
Unlike some other public universities who increased the cost of their application forms, University of Ghana management maintained their GHC 200.00 cost for the purchase of an e-voucher.
Persons who sat for this year’s May/June West Africa Senior Certificate Examination (WASSCE) are eligible to apply.
Number of persons who could be offered admission into university can not be predicted.
Again, the date for the release of the admission list is unknown.
