Ghana’s active Covid-19 cases have dropped to 7,773 despite the record of new cases.
Thursday afternoon’s figures released by the Ghana Health Service indicate that 418 new cases were registered, pushing the active count to 7,773.
This is the second consecutive time that the country has recorded a fall in new cases.
It is also the second time within the week that the country has seen a fall in its active cases.
The death toll has, however, gone up to 568 after three new persons succumbed to the disease.
