KNUST erupted Sunday, March 17 when ‘A day in the light’ was premiered at the CCB auditorium. The movie, described by many, as the most attended movie premiere on campus, saw about 1300 students in attendance with 500 students showing up for the first show and 800 for the second, respectively.
‘A day in the light is a two cast relationship-themed, a lesson-filled, educative and entertaining movie directed and executively produced by AVMB whose cinematic creation is always beyond a movie.
After the show, some students took it online to share their experiences. Below are a few thoughts:
“It was really nice! Truly unpredictable! I’d like to watch any other movie from that production house” – Philip (KNUST)
“The movie had everything some” – Emmanuel (KNUST)
“The production is serious. The movie was nice and the sound was good” – Bernard (KNUST)
“The movie really parp” – Senyo (KNUST)
When asked about another showing by some students, a core member of the team replied,
“We can’t make promises right now but we are positive about it. For now, the focus is on UG campus, where we will be having the Accra showing on April 6 at UG Business School, R. S. Amegashie auditorium”.
