Scores of continuing students at the University of Ghana queued at the premises of the Students Accounts’ office in the early hours of Wednesday, April 7, 2021, all in a bid to solve issues surrounding their academic registration.
Majority of the students explained that they found it difficult in registering for first semester courses even though they paid their school fees some days ago.
“I am finding it difficult to register for my courses. I paid my fees last week and up to date the amount is still not reflecting. I contacted the office but I got no reply. That is why I am here,” A level 300 student told UniversNews.
“I paid my school fees about two weeks ago. My account was credited with the amount but I am not able to register,” A level 200 Economics student added.
Meanwhile, checks at the students’ Accounts office indicated that the concerns are being resolved as and when the students report to the office.
