“Everybody around me had something to say… about me. Yes, I’m not the best human out here but the voices were too many and I had to reply to these energies. I can hardly hold a conversation and music is my escape so which other way to bare my truths?”

The 6 track mix-tape also bears a subtitle “Stolen beats, owned verses” to state the metaphorical ambiance the tape creates – borrowing melodies to tell original stories.

It is worth noting that this tape has been in existence for over 3 years and why the artiste will decide to drop it now, we cannot tell but we can confirm most stories from the tape are relatable and very soothing and appealing to rap fans.

3 songs on the tape have videos and will all be available on his Facebook and YouTube pages to make it more accessible to the public.
With songs like GuyGuyKwa, BiTriQuad Polar, Ghost of Kwabena and the rest, Obiri Tete gives us a soulful and honest part of his being and we only pray that it reaches the people who need it.

“Fear consumed me when I launched my brand in 2020. I was scared of low patronage but growth and constant contact with myself has led me to realize that the best way to win is to fail and I pray this is my first step towards winning… I can care less the number that listens. I just want to be heard and that is all I want to do”

Even though the beats are not original, he worked with AKES and Pages to make these productions worth listening to.

The mix-tape is available on his Audiomack, Soundcloud and YouTube respectively.

Please do well to support this young talent as he promises to bring in more fire.
