An Accra Circuit Court will today deliver judgement on a case brought before it against actress, Rosemond Brown, popularly known as Akuapem Poloo, for publishing her nude photos online.
The actress, on the seventh birthday of her son, posted photos in which she appeared naked in front of her son.
The photos caused a stir on social media with some section of the public, including the Ministry on Gender and Social Protection condemning the act.
She was subsequently arrested.
On Wednesday, April 14, 2021, she pleaded guilty to charges leveled against her was convicted on her own plea by the court presided over by Christina Cann.
Ahead of her sentencing, some popular Ghanaian personalities including rapper Sarkodie have taken to social media to plead for forgiveness for the actress.
They want the court to discharge her.
Meanwhile, legal practitioners say Rosemond Brown, may serve up to three years for her actions.
